What’s the difference between Offshoring and Outsourcing?
In the most simple terms outsourcing is contracting services or tasks to a third party (who then manages the resource and job) and offshoring is running a process or service for your business, just from a different country. A number of our clients tried outsourcing with limited success or offshoring direct, without the support. You can compare the two in the table. Rest assured, we know the benefits and the risks well and by working with The Back Room, we take the risk off your shoulders.
