With over 20 years of operations and project management experience, Martyn joins The Back Room to help build upon its success in the coming years as the global outsourcing industry continues to grow.
He has led teams in many parts of the world, with a focus on developing and improving systems to make the business more scalable while maintaining the already high level of employee satisfaction and retention.
Concurrently, he will be aiding in new business efforts in new markets, such as North America, and new vertical industries.
