The Back Room helps businesses increase their business capacity by outsourcing business processes to our skilled and qualified offshore staff in Clark, Philippines. Over time, our team have built up a comprehensive library of resources and training materials which we have moulded into a new graduate accountant training programme.
This six-month internship programme for university accounting graduates is designed to introduce new staff to your New Zealand accounting firm in a fully-supported manner. By the end of the programme offshore recruits will be ready to fit right into your business, with all required skills and training. In a nutshell, this trainee programme is designed to give your graduate employee a solid head-start to working within a Kiwi firm.
The Trainee Programme offers a step-by-step process to familiarise the graduate accountant with New Zealand tax and accounting practices, Xero, and your firm’s internal processes. The benefits of hiring staff through this programme are enormous.
You will give your employees a major head start with an inexpensive training cost. Every year, exceptionally talented graduates apply at The Back Room, and with training that is personalised for your specific business, the internship enables your new staff to best use their talents.
Utilising our training programme at The Back Room saves your firm’s time and training resources, and the final key benefit is that we know Xero and accounting systems inside and out.
To celebrate the launch of the new programme, we are running an introductory offer. The cost to you is $500 per month per graduate for the first two months only.
We charge normal costs and a setup fee from month three onwards.
This unique and inexpensive fee structure allows graduates to continue to learn while moving towards an employment relationship, with a gradual transition into employment should the graduate and firm find a suitable fit.
